What next!?

Where do I start. Well for one I still don't have a single video up on Youtube yet... I hope I will by the end of tonight. Secondly, I played for a hole hour with the wrong settings. Now final cut is being extremely difficult... Apparently each part will take 30 min to export!!! I think its all happening because I'm new at this...
